Stress stress stress stress...
Tasks:
1. Presentation needs to be done by tomorrow.
2. Software engineering driving test next Thursday. Accounts to 14% of year-end mark.
3. Christmas Test, based on everything we learned (fucking loads!).
4. Another software driving test in the next 2 weeks, another 14% year-end mark accounted.
My head is literally spinning. And i think I'm falling sick.
Everything is such a mess.

Sabah Adventure 2008
So yeah, here I am back here today at my computer after 11 days of 100% FUN and Excitement.
Left Semenanjung Msia on 15 Nov for Sabah. Had to wake up at 3.30am and then wait for other team members to arrive at the meeting point before leaving for LCCT at 4.30am. A total of 6 of us flew in on that day
Our flight took off at 6.20am, when we reached Sabah's T2, our team were greeted by some of local team who then took us to eat Sabah Tuaran Mee. We were then brought to our headquarters of Sabah known as The Peak. Our HQ is just awesome, as we have a seaview, swimming pool, and whole lot of facilities.
We rested from early afternoon till late, where then the rest of our team arrived to the HQ. Our team consist of 13 unique individuals who can perform extremely well as a team. 6 guys n 7 girls.
Most of us in the team are youths. Later that nite we had a briefing of the camp that which will last for the next 6 days, at 2 different areas at inner Sabah.
The camp is called "Science & Me 2008", the camp was organised by us a non-profit organisation "Andante" who helps and organises all sorts of outings and camps all year long to less fortunate children around the world, and also self-building camps for youths and children.
1st day of 1st Camp.
We embarked on our journey to innner Sabah on 3 vehicles, Toyota Harrier, Toyota Prado and Honda CRV. We had to use 4WD vehicles as the roads to inner Sabah are in bad condition and some roads are just made up of rocks, where normal cars which were to go on the these roads will be completely destroyed. We left our HQ at 2pm and left for Tinangol, Kudat. Somewhere along the way, we completely lost our way to Kudat where were suppose to be only a 2 hour drive, but we ended up reaching our destination at 6.30pm.
As we quickly gathered in the hall with 90 over kids of age 9-12 already for the camp, we started the 1st session, we started with the camp song and then introducing ourselves one by one. Later on another 2 camp sessions were also completed before bed-time for the kids.
Our team were divided into Teachers/Facilitators, Helpers, Management Team, Food and Security. I was one of the facilitators along with another 4 more, 3 helpers, 3 in the management team and one each in food and security department. As the kids went to bed, we had more briefings and discussion all the way till 3am. We had to sleep in sleeping bags in the school, where the camp was held.
2nd day of 1st Camp.
The shocking thing is that the kids woke up at 5.30am and were having their morning clean up, and getting ready to start the day. As our program timetable states that the 1st session were to only start at 8am, most of my team were still fast asleep except me. I woke up at 7am and without wasting time, I immediately commanded the whole camp to start a session which was not even on the timetable, Morning Exercise was implemented by me that day. So I gathered all the kids into the open space and began my session with them. By keeping them busy with exercises till 7.30am, breakfast then was served, so I led the kids to the canteen, where they had their meal.
Next the kids were then gathered in the hall for an introduction to Biology which was headed by me. Strange yea, dint take biology but was in charge of biology. After the introduction of the interesting world of Biology, the kids which were divided into 5 groups, went to respective classes to learn about the functions and parts of our body. After Biology session was rock painting and fingerprint art session which was headed by Sandra.
During Chemistry session, the kids were able to do a ton full of experiments like Volcano, Bouncy Balls, Homemade Thermometer, Homemade Glue, Homemade Soap, Floating Egg, Rubber Eggs and a few water experiments. After Chemistry, the kids were given a 1 hour rest and wash-up before dinner.
After dinner, we proceed with Exploration of our Stars and Planets. Me and Ezra conducted this session which lasted for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Then the class was passed to Tommy who conducted the Scoring Session of the day. We also slept at 3am that day, as we were all busy wrapping goody packs for the kids.
3rd day of 1st Camp.
The day begins with Me and Tommy being in charged of all the kids from Morning Exercise, Physics Classes and Game Time, as other facilitators and the team were busy getting the hall clean and ready for the closing ceremony.
I was picked the night before to be the Master Ceremony for the Closing Ceremony of the Camp at Tinangol, Kudat. It was my 1st time being an MC at an event where it was attended by VIPs from the goverment body as well as teachers and parents. I was nervous indeed, but I pulled it through confidently and smoothly, and may I add that I interacted with the crowd jovially.
So there it went, 1st camp done. We had the whole afternoon till the next morning to ourselves. So we took a 1-hour drive to Kota Marudu for some shopping. As the girls planned to go for a hair-do at a salon nearby, the guys planned to go for snooker but Tommy the newcomer in our group said he also needed a hairwash at the salon. Then I said loudly, "lu tio tio si cha bo kia" and he blushed and everyone laughed. *It means "You are really a girl"
Tommy who is the newcomer to our group, was the Joker of the camp as we had tons of jokes and laughter everyday with him around. What made him so funny is his macho size and body but had a girlish type of character. His 19 and one of the 3, 1989's in the group.
1st Day of 2nd Camp
We all woke up at 8am and packed our equipment and bags to the 4WDs, had a light breakfast and stopped at some stores to buy more supplies before going to Samparita. I was driving the Toyota Prado to Samparita which is a 3 hours drive, we were all advised to drive slowly and carefully once we reach the road going up to Samparita. Basically, the road to Samparita is mud, rocks and just soil. The road condition is the worst I've ever seen, it's slippery, muddy, wet and big rocks are laying all over, and not to forget narrow, steep and curvy paths. To go past this road and to reach our destination, we had to be good drivers, alertive, good judgement and know went to speed and slowdown.
As it was raining on our journey to Samparita the roads were now even more dangerous, mud water were flowing all over the already bad road. Along the way, we reached the steepest road where it is a 60 degrees slope. We all stopped down the slope and went 1 by 1 up the slope. 1st was the Harrier, halfway up the slope the Harrier slipped down but thanks to Joys who was driving the Harrier, she managed to break fast enough to prevent the Harrier from going into a hole. The Harrier failed to climb the slope due to the burned out tyres and mud sticking al over the tyres, with the rain and all, me and another 3 guys had to push the Harrier up. We did it successfully which we ended up being soaked with rain and mud.
The other 2 vehicles managed to ascend without problems, as we sped up quickly. From that slope to Samparita, we went through a true 4WD adventure experience, going through rocky paths and driving past cliffs, where 1 mistake, and you would go BOOM.
We reached Samparita which is located at a valley surrounded by mountains. It rains a lot here, and our camp spot is at SK Samparita, the only primary school in the area. 1st we visited the areas around the school, it is in a super bad condition, there was no electricity, limited water supply, not enough food, ful of poop and rubbish evrywhere.
When a few of us went to check out their toilets, I almost vomited as the freaking toilet was full of mud and poop which seems to be hardened for a long time there.
At 3pm we started unloading our equipment to our Command Center at the school, and then it was off to clean up the hall which was full of all kinds of poop; dog poop, cat poop, rat poop, lizard poop and chicken poop. The hall was so smelly, that if some rich-ass feller come and see the condition before we clean it up, tht rich ass guy would faint. Due to the limited water supply, we had to use rainwater to clean and mop the hall.
We then started our 1st session after dinner, we had a caterer to deliver food from the bottom of the mountain to up here every meal time. (*His Mitsubishi Storm after 3 days got spoilt due to the conditions of the road, this is how bad the road is) We started with introducing ourselves, camp song and making name tags. We had a briefing till 3am about the next days schedule and activities.
2nd day of 2nd Camp
I was the 1st to wake up again, and off to start with morning exercise and then breakfast. The children were then gathered in the hall at 8.30am, which we then started Biology session, then rock painting, fingerprint art, Chemistry, Stars and Planets and lastly Physics experiments to end the day. As I was at the girls dorm, telling the details of tomorrow to all the little girls, Tommy and Amos was at the Boys Dorm. I then went back to the Command Center with the help of my torch light. While at the Command Center with the rest of the group, suddenly we heard smething incredibly funny from the walkie talkie. It was Tommy's voice "Amos, Hold my hand, so dark la, I scared le" Tommy is 19 and Amos is 13 =.= When they came back to the Command Center we cant stop laughing and talking about it.
We had a meeting after the tiring day which lasted till 2am, then the girls were assigned to decorate the hall for the Closing Ceremony. As all the other guys had slept already, I said to the girls "I'll come and help you girls with the deco and stuff". Then they said, "No need la, you woke up so early till now not yet sleep, go get some rest, tomorrow morning 8am you need to go out buy ice some more", and I replied them "No, if you all going to the hall, I'm coming along, I can't leave you girls there alone". So they had no choice to let me come with them, and we worked hard to decorate the hall till 5am. We managed to decorate the hall 3/4 completed, then we went to bed.
3rd Day of 2nd Camp
Woke up at 7am but remembered that I was not the one collecting KFC anymore as I was suppose to follow Joys to buy ice at 8am, so went back to sleep. Woke up again, but at 9.00am SEI FOR, Joys left already with Tommy, then saw a note on the board "Adrian, please get some rest. Frm Joys". All the other girls who stayed up till 5am were still asleep, so I washed up and got ready for today's plan. Me, Ezra and Sandra was to train the kids for the Closing Ceremony Performance. As a boy and girl was chosen to give a speech at the Closing Ceremony, they were taken by Ezra and Sandra to another room to practice their speeches.
As for me, Experimento Time. xD. I taught the kids how to make Homemade-Soap. I had the kids listen attentively during my session. And when I asked questions, so many hands raised up to answer, the kids absorbed knowledge so fast and I was so happy to see that happen. And there was this boy whom I asked him to write down all the steps needed to make Soap on the whiteboard, and he successfully did it without even a slight mistake.
Next, Sandra and me practiced with the kids the song which they were to sing at the ceremony later on. If you want to see the video, just ask me. The song and the kids choir was amazing, I felt so amazed and touched.
At 12.00pm, Adriel and Uncle Luke came back with 300 pieces of KFC chicken and other KFC stuff. The kids were then brought into the hall at 12.30pm and then the VIP arrived at 12.40pm.
This time I wasn't the MC, but I had a session during the ceremony to conduct an experiment together with the VIP and the kids. After the ceremony, it was time to say Goodbye to all the children, it was a sad moment, as some of them cried Goodbye and asked when will we return.
We cleaned up the hall and our Command Center till 5pm and we started our journey down at 6pm as we bid farewell to some kids who remained back at the school for one more night before returning home as they have to walk between 5-10 hours to reach home. At 6pm the sky was already dark and the sun had already set. So we began our way down, I was driving the Harrier this time round, leading the other 2 cars, had to use the car highlight all the way, as there were no lights and it was complete darkness.
We then drive 2 hours to Matunggong to Jake's house, our 1st camp cameraman to bath, as we dint bath for 3 days at Samparita. The actual plan was to have a 2 day 1 night camp in Pitas, but due to some changes, 2 vehicles will be heading back to Kota Kinabalu where our HQ is and another vehicle will be heading to Pitas to overnight there and pass some goodies and gifts to the people there. So I was assigned to drive 1 vehicle back to KK, as the other driver was too sleepy, this time I drove the Honda CRV, we started our journey at 8.30pm and drove through the 1 lane road which has no lights all the way, we successfully reached KK at 11.30pm and went straight to find food for dinner.
Back at HQ we instantly slept all the way. Next day, had to pick some aunties from the airport and then took the cars for a car wash. Met up with the other group who just came back from Pitas at 2pm. Then the core group members of the team (4 of us) met up for a discussion to play a prank on 2 of our other members. We planned to give a surprise birthday bash for them after dinner. That night we had Seafood dinner, a good meal after the 7 days at camp.
So some of the girls were to go to another aunty's house nearby to overnight as there was lack of space, so while at the lobby, we ask all of them to gather to take a group photo, that was when we poured 4 bottles of Pepsi all over the 2 of them. They were totally soaked with pepsi, and then the birthday cake came, but instead of a cake, we gave them a watermelon with a super huge candle in the middle.
The last day there, the boys had fun swimming, playing ping pong and snooker. While the girls went shopping and bowling. Then at night, the girls bought the guys blended fruit juice. Thanks yea girls, so sweet and thoughful.
During this journey,
- my bond between the members of the group got knitted closer
- taught children for the 1st time
- drove to inner Sabah whereby the roads are dark and dangerous
- drove on rocky, muddy and tough slopes (4WD adventure)
- gave my all everyday for the less fortunate kids
- make friends with the kids and understand their situation better
- became Master of Ceremony for the 1st time in front of hundreds of people
- have an interactive session with government personnel during an Experiment session, allow the government personnel to be hands on too during the experiment.
- learn how to push my body limits
- survive without luxuries
- lookout and take good care of each other
- appreciate how fortunate I am for what I have
- I saw how the kids had their time of their lives which they and we will never forget
All thanks to the whole team which consisted of 13 of us including me. Thanks to Ezra, Adriel, Tommy, Amos, Uncle Luke, Aunty Doris, Joys, Sandra, Angie, Angel, Anne and Li Yen for gave me the best 10 days ever which I will never forget and will cherish for life.
Can't wait for the next camp, I'm already so bored at home now, can't wait for my Korea trip to over so I can meet up with all of them again next Friday.

Then the core group members of the team (4 of us) met up for a discussion to play a prank on 2 of our other members. We planned to give a surprise birthday bash for them after dinner. That night we had Seafood dinner, a good meal after the 7 days at camp.
So some of the girls were to go to another aunty's house nearby to overnight as there was lack of space, so while at the lobby, we ask all of them to gather to take a group photo, that was when we poured 4 bottles of Pepsi all over the 2 of them. They were totally soaked with pepsi, and then the birthday cake came, but instead of a cake, we gave them a watermelon with a super huge candle in the middle.
The last day there, the boys had fun swimming, playing ping pong and snooker. While the girls went shopping and bowling. Then at night, the girls bought the guys blended fruit juice. Thanks yea girls, so sweet and thoughful.
During this journey,
- my bond between the members of the group got knitted closer
- taught children for the 1st time
- drove to inner Sabah whereby the roads are dark and dangerous
- drove on rocky, muddy and tough slopes (4WD adventure)
- gave my all everyday for the less fortunate kids
- make friends with the kids and understand their situation better
- became Master of Ceremony for the 1st time in front of hundreds of people
- have an interactive session with government personnel during an Experiment session, allow the government personnel to be hands on too during the experiment.
- learn how to push my body limits
- survive without luxuries
- lookout and take good care of each other
- appreciate how fortunate I am for what I have
- I saw how the kids had their time of their lives which they and we will never forget
All thanks to the whole team which consisted of 13 of us including me. Thanks to Ezra, Adriel, Tommy, Amos, Uncle Luke, Aunty Doris, Joys, Sandra, Angie, Angel, Anne and Li Yen for gave me the best 10 days ever which I will never forget and will cherish for life.
Can't wait for the next camp, I'm already so bored at home now, can't wait for my Korea trip to over so I can meet up with all of them again next Friday.

Just felt like posting~
Heh ello everyone =) heheh cant believe this blog exist just for everyone to rant about whatever u feel like XD
Well anyhoo i'm just here to post up random stuff on what has been happenin lately since i havent really have a blog of my own to rant :p
Been notcing lately how guys really don't know how to handle a girl =_= so i guess i'm here to give lil' pointers on what to do and what not to do with a girl *not that i'm very experienced* just share what i know :p
What a girl wants in a man *according to my point of view* is :
1. A man who knows how to make decisions without making it too obvious.
*tip: girls likes to believe that they are in control in decision making process
eventhough we are indecisive in nature* :p
2. A man who knows how to show a good time/ entertain a girl
*DUH!* if u cant make a girl laugh at ur jokes or even crack a smile..
then u don't make the cut =_=
3. A confident guy =D
*truth is: ladies secretly wish guys would have more guts to come up to a
lady and ask her out.. even if u don't know her* This however, does not apply to assholes..
cuz thats just creepy. EVEN if u do wanna ask her out.. be creative and spontaneous! No one
likes cheesy lines or a half ass attempt on asking the girl out.
4. A man with a sprinkle of mysteriousness XD
When i say this.. i really mean "Don't show us ur crybaby side or uber girly side".
We know u have ur ups and downs and we do appreciate
that u let us into ur sensitive side.. BUT too much of it just makes us feel like we can't rely
on you :s *hint: we love to BELIEVE that our man can take on anything and that includes
our problems*
5. A man.. not a BOY.
A difference between a man and a boy is maturity. So yeah.. to all the guys who don't know
how to handle a girl when she needs u most or even respects her. BUZZ off.. u have no
business being in a relationship if u don't even know how be on time or how to be polite.
REALLY really hate it when a guy curses over every little thing *its really unattractive =_=*
6. Patience.
A guy with lotsa patience goes a long way with the ladies =) *remember: bad temper = UGLY
patience = DEVINE* I'm sure guys would like the same from the girls but u have to learn to
excuse us at times due to PMS.
A guy with a short fuse or loves to emo is a HUGE turn off!! Girls prolly labels them as
potential-wife-beaters.
At the same time, we'd like a guy with a good balance of sterness :p Otherwise we'll just
end up being spoilt by u.
7. Randomness.
Spending time making dinner for a girl once a while is cool =) Getting flowers for a girl
*without any occasion* would also be nice ( it doesnt have to be expensive, its the thought
that counts).
8. Small ego.
A guy who knows how to accept a girl's thought on a subject he totally disagrees with is
cool =) * even if u disagree with it, and u have already made ur point and she's stubborn..
learn to accept it just to ease her* OR u can disagree in a more constructive manner
by making her believe that she was right and at the same time instilling ur point of view to
allow her to agree with it :p Hahah that always works like a charm XD
9. A guy who doesnt flirt at all.
Flirting are for boys and pansies. A guy who doesnt flirt at all.. i mean AT ALL.. always leaves an impression on me. Dunno why, but a guy that manages to hold a conversation without a hint
of flirt just leaves me feeling *whoa* LOL
I'm only referring this to ladies who have built themselves a defence mechanism
against flirty guys. Totally hate those guys cuz it just makes me feel like thats how their like with other ladies as well. There's no delicate way to put this... but the truth is : every girl wants to feel like they're "special" to him. She doesnt want a ladies man that treats every girl the same way as he treats her.
Hehe.. anyways thats all for now. Just felt like sharing stuff before i get myself buried in work again. Do hope ya'll enjoy this post ;)

The lucky day
Why lucky? I might have die, or at least some broken bones.
On the very early Sunday morning, I stayed up until 4am and my first class was on 11am on Monday. But because I stayed up so late, I woke up at 12:30pm and hence, I decided to skip the 1st 2 lectures and attend the 2pm Study Group.
Approaching to 2pm, I left my room. To my dismay, the lift DIDN'T work, AGAIN! Note the word AGAIN because my Hall is notoriously known for having the perpetually malfunctioning lift. It's not nice to walk up the stairs to my room on the 4th floor, because I'm a fucking lazy pig who couldn't be bothered to cook and eats a bottle of Nutella chocolate for dinner.
Today evening, I met my floormates talking about the lift breaking down incident.
This is what ensue,
Me:"The fucking lift broke down again."
Zoey:"Yeah I know. DId someone break it or was it mechanical."
Krish:"It was mechanical. Apparently, the whole lift actually dropped to the basement free fall."
LOLwut?
Krish:"I presume it is. One of the guys from the 1st floor said he heard metals clanking, as if there were heavy metals dropping from the top all the way down to the bottom."
Me:"WOW that is amazing! What time did this happen?"
Krish:"Somewhere around 11am? That's according to what that guy said."
Imagine me entering the lift while inside, the lift actually drops under free fall. My class starts at 11am and I usually leave my room 10 minutes before. So yeah :S
Well, maybe staying up late til 4am wasn't so bad after all =), that is assuming the lift break down between 1050am to 11am.

It's called Mystify and it's (in my opinion) the BEST visualisation there is! Its included in the psychedelia visualisation pack. The psychedelia pack includes quite a number of visualisations, but the only one that's nice is the ribbons pack. In this pack, Mystify is the best of the lot. Second best would be Ribbons. It's free to download, just click here. You'll be led to a site where you have to accept some terms, just click accept and the download will pop up. Once you're done downloading, install it. Just follow the prompts, very simple installation. After installing, you're good to go. Okay, so.
Right I didn't realise that the invite to post in this blog was sitting in my inbox, so excuse the tardiness plskthxbye.
I have used up all my energy screaming French into my microphone, which mysteriously deteriorated in quality the minute I decided to do my aural homework, so I'm going to make this short. Not sweet. I can't do that to save my life.
1. This is Jia-Li, also known as Charlie to people who either cannot pronounce my real name or couldn't be bothered.
2. I'm studying in Carleton College right now.
It's in Northfield, Minnesota, where the most interesting 'tourist site' is a flesh-coloured penis in the pedestrian path leading to my dorm. They removed it, btw.
Things are pretty fucking amazing at Carleton. So far the people I've met here are terribly open-minded and don't mind it when I swear at them (affectionately) or air my nihilist views very, very loudly. Tact is pretty damned important here and that's a welcome change. Best of all, everyone here is interesting. Sorry, can't say the same for other schools I've been to :P. But yeah, each student has his little quirks and I like that. I feel at home here, with my inherent weirdness.
Classes are nice. I'm owning French, owning Anthropology, not really owning Music Criticism because I have yet to pass up anything non-last-minute. But two out of three is never bad.
The food is killing me slowly though. If I have to eat another plate of fries I will do painful things to someone with a blunt object.

At Last Quitting Perfect World
Okay, most of you here knows I play this online game.
After thorough thinking, I have decided to quit.
Played the game since Dec 2007. Around 10-11 months.
It all started with Jonathan Quah, a buddy of mine who bought the game cd for RM2 during PC Fair. He and Keng Mun then started to play the game. I refused to play the game at first, as i did not want to indulge my time into another online game after quitting Guild Wars.
They then pestered me to try the game, and there I was mesmerized by the game features and graphics. The game was good in every aspects. I was then gaming 24/7 with Keng Mun, Keng Mun's bro and Jonathan Quah. We worked hard to see who can reach the highest lvl. In a few days, we were all lvl20+ (highest lvl in the game tht time was lvl50/60)
Not long after that, Quah quitted. But the rest of us continued with the game. And then Keng Mun's bro quitted too. Me and Mun continued killing others and storming monsters down. We were soon in one of the Top 5 guilds, Imperial, where we had a few territories. Both me n Mun made a big impact in the guild, we were around lvl 60s.
When Mun reached lvl70, he decided that it was the end of the road for him in the game. For me, my journey still had not ended. I strived to be one of the best, strongest and respected player in the whole game. I spend days and nights leveling and getting the best gears I could get. Not long, I find myself as a Captain in Imperial and I was lvl 80+. But a 2 months, Imperial collapsed due to the overpowered guilds in the server. We lost all our lands and me and some of my fellow Malaysians and comrades had a discussion about our future.
Some of my Malaysian friends then quitted the guild and formed their own guild called Invictus, now some of them in Legacy, some in Nightmare. Some went to the strongest guild in the server Immortal. As for me along with a few who will follow me wherever I go, we went to Nightmare. We were all lvl90 when we joined Nightmare (lvl90 are elites in the game). Nightmare had lots of Malaysians and Singaporeans as well as international players as well. Nightmare was ranked 4 in the server. In Nightmare, me and a few was given Captain titles instantly. As Nightmare had less lvl90+ players but more 80+ players in the early stages.
In Nightmare, there was the thing I was always looking for in a guild. Trust and Extremely Good Teamwork. I saw all the lvl80+ players grew to lvl90+ and became incredibly strong. and those at 90+, we were all constant leveling and pushing each other to become stronger. Our Main enemy is the 2nd strongest guild in the server, Espada. We had wars with them almost everyday. We would win and lose in those wars, but it was so much fun.
Soon, Nightmare and Me grew enormously strong (Aug 08). We were then ranked 3 in the server. Our guild had 2-3 players at lvl100. and about 70 players at lvl90-99. I was around lvl 97. In the game we had territorial wars each week, where the winner will conquer the enemy's territory. The game has around 42 territories. Nightmare had 3 territories. As the teritories were mostly dominated by Immortal 50%, Espada 30%, Legacy 20%, Nightmare 10%.
Due to some internal some problems, Nightmare's vice-leader and some of his followers left for Legacy. But all those loyal to the guild's leader continued and fight on. Soon enough, we were re-build with even stronger leadership, teamwork and friendship. More lvl90+ came to us from big and small guilds, as they were mesmerized by our powerful existence and deadly force in the server.
On September, we had the most crucial war ever with Espada. It was a war which will change the game's world situation forever. This is because most Espada members had lose confidence in their Leader and they have suffered lots of loss to us in pk wars.
Territorial Wars max time limit is 3 hours, and that day we crushed Espada in 23 minutes. It was the glorious moment for all of us in Nightmare, as we have proved that we were ready to take on any obstacle. The next day, Espada guild disbanded, and lost all its lands. Now the shocking thing is 60% Espada went to Immortal along with their sucker Leader and 40% created their own guild, but currently their all in Legacy building a great force to attack Immortal alongside us Nightmare.
Espada leader was a piece of #$@%@. He stole the guild's funds and betrayed most of the ranked commanders and captains in his guild.
I was soon promoted to Nightmare's comander, the 3rd highest rank in the guild. The consecutive week, Nightmare was at war with Immortal. We had 6 territory, but then we lost 3, 1 each week. Immortal now is a multi-superpower guild with the intake of those Espada suckers. Immortal had 30 players at lvl100. and the 170 players at lvl90-99. At lvl 100, a player is considered to be very strong, as you can may obtain end-game weapons and armor.
As for me at Nightmare, I have also achieved lvl100 and was equipped with some of the kick-ass equipment. I was the strongest Elf Priest in the server, and one of the hardest to kill. (For example : 3 lvl 100 archers, 2 lvl90+ warriors and another 3 lvl90+ players can't kill me) My equipment made me withstand tons of damage and deal sick-ass damage to enemies as well.
Nightmare had 15 players at lvl100. and 100 players at lvl90-99. ard 70 players at 80-89. and the remaining at below 80. We became the "2nd" strongest guild in the server and were respected by all. We were called "Saviours" as no one really stood up and fight strongly agaisnt Immortal. For the past 4 weeks. We have defended our lands successfully agaisnt Immortal mighty waves. It was spectacular, as all the other players from other guilds were all rooting for us, and congratulated us after we won. Eventhough Nightmare has less high lvl players from Immortal, it was the fighting spirit that kept us going and to say NO to giving up. We fight with our all and always gave our best. We are now as strong as Immortal, as our spirits are much stronger. ALL HAIL NIGHTMARE !!!
I decided to sell my account as I wanna concentrate on my studies next year in Aussie, and have more time in real life with family and friends. I hv sold the account for 600 pounds which is around RM3400. will be passing my id to the new owner by this week.

After thorough thinking, I have decided to quit.
Played the game since Dec 2007. Around 10-11 months.
It all started with Jonathan Quah, a buddy of mine who bought the game cd for RM2 during PC Fair. He and Keng Mun then started to play the game. I refused to play the game at first, as i did not want to indulge my time into another online game after quitting Guild Wars.
They then pestered me to try the game, and there I was mesmerized by the game features and graphics. The game was good in every aspects. I was then gaming 24/7 with Keng Mun, Keng Mun's bro and Jonathan Quah. We worked hard to see who can reach the highest lvl. In a few days, we were all lvl20+ (highest lvl in the game tht time was lvl50/60)
Not long after that, Quah quitted. But the rest of us continued with the game. And then Keng Mun's bro quitted too. Me and Mun continued killing others and storming monsters down. We were soon in one of the Top 5 guilds, Imperial, where we had a few territories. Both me n Mun made a big impact in the guild, we were around lvl 60s.
When Mun reached lvl70, he decided that it was the end of the road for him in the game. For me, my journey still had not ended. I strived to be one of the best, strongest and respected player in the whole game. I spend days and nights leveling and getting the best gears I could get. Not long, I find myself as a Captain in Imperial and I was lvl 80+. But a 2 months, Imperial collapsed due to the overpowered guilds in the server. We lost all our lands and me and some of my fellow Malaysians and comrades had a discussion about our future.
Some of my Malaysian friends then quitted the guild and formed their own guild called Invictus, now some of them in Legacy, some in Nightmare. Some went to the strongest guild in the server Immortal. As for me along with a few who will follow me wherever I go, we went to Nightmare. We were all lvl90 when we joined Nightmare (lvl90 are elites in the game). Nightmare had lots of Malaysians and Singaporeans as well as international players as well. Nightmare was ranked 4 in the server. In Nightmare, me and a few was given Captain titles instantly. As Nightmare had less lvl90+ players but more 80+ players in the early stages.
In Nightmare, there was the thing I was always looking for in a guild. Trust and Extremely Good Teamwork. I saw all the lvl80+ players grew to lvl90+ and became incredibly strong. and those at 90+, we were all constant leveling and pushing each other to become stronger. Our Main enemy is the 2nd strongest guild in the server, Espada. We had wars with them almost everyday. We would win and lose in those wars, but it was so much fun.
Soon, Nightmare and Me grew enormously strong (Aug 08). We were then ranked 3 in the server. Our guild had 2-3 players at lvl100. and about 70 players at lvl90-99. I was around lvl 97. In the game we had territorial wars each week, where the winner will conquer the enemy's territory. The game has around 42 territories. Nightmare had 3 territories. As the teritories were mostly dominated by Immortal 50%, Espada 30%, Legacy 20%, Nightmare 10%.
Due to some internal some problems, Nightmare's vice-leader and some of his followers left for Legacy. But all those loyal to the guild's leader continued and fight on. Soon enough, we were re-build with even stronger leadership, teamwork and friendship. More lvl90+ came to us from big and small guilds, as they were mesmerized by our powerful existence and deadly force in the server.
On September, we had the most crucial war ever with Espada. It was a war which will change the game's world situation forever. This is because most Espada members had lose confidence in their Leader and they have suffered lots of loss to us in pk wars.
Territorial Wars max time limit is 3 hours, and that day we crushed Espada in 23 minutes. It was the glorious moment for all of us in Nightmare, as we have proved that we were ready to take on any obstacle. The next day, Espada guild disbanded, and lost all its lands. Now the shocking thing is 60% Espada went to Immortal along with their sucker Leader and 40% created their own guild, but currently their all in Legacy building a great force to attack Immortal alongside us Nightmare.
Espada leader was a piece of #$@%@. He stole the guild's funds and betrayed most of the ranked commanders and captains in his guild.
I was soon promoted to Nightmare's comander, the 3rd highest rank in the guild. The consecutive week, Nightmare was at war with Immortal. We had 6 territory, but then we lost 3, 1 each week. Immortal now is a multi-superpower guild with the intake of those Espada suckers. Immortal had 30 players at lvl100. and the 170 players at lvl90-99. At lvl 100, a player is considered to be very strong, as you can may obtain end-game weapons and armor.
As for me at Nightmare, I have also achieved lvl100 and was equipped with some of the kick-ass equipment. I was the strongest Elf Priest in the server, and one of the hardest to kill. (For example : 3 lvl 100 archers, 2 lvl90+ warriors and another 3 lvl90+ players can't kill me) My equipment made me withstand tons of damage and deal sick-ass damage to enemies as well.
Nightmare had 15 players at lvl100. and 100 players at lvl90-99. ard 70 players at 80-89. and the remaining at below 80. We became the "2nd" strongest guild in the server and were respected by all. We were called "Saviours" as no one really stood up and fight strongly agaisnt Immortal. For the past 4 weeks. We have defended our lands successfully agaisnt Immortal mighty waves. It was spectacular, as all the other players from other guilds were all rooting for us, and congratulated us after we won. Eventhough Nightmare has less high lvl players from Immortal, it was the fighting spirit that kept us going and to say NO to giving up. We fight with our all and always gave our best. We are now as strong as Immortal, as our spirits are much stronger. ALL HAIL NIGHTMARE !!!
I decided to sell my account as I wanna concentrate on my studies next year in Aussie, and have more time in real life with family and friends. I hv sold the account for 600 pounds which is around RM3400. will be passing my id to the new owner by this week.

I'm at Melbourne (Uni). Ridiculously loathe the course I'm in (read: Arts) partially because I chose the wrong subjects this semester & it grades you on nothing but research essays. Lesson learned; I should've stuck to Photography.
Ah, but living here has its perks. The coffee culture is to die for (flat whites are the way to go!). The more artsy the cafe, the better - we don't believe in Starbucks. Hurrah for the indies. The music scene's as colourful as handmade tie-dyes; small gigs and large snazzy concerts are on almost every night. Same goes with the festivals around here. I swear, Melbourne has a festival for EVERYTHING, anything they can think of. The city council as a whole is a bloody genius ♥
Please tell me everyone (well, almost everyone) will be home this Summer/Winter.
We're in dire need of a meet-up.

Hello people! How are all of you? Hope everyone's good and having the blast of their lives. =p
Anyway, I am currently furthering my studies in Purdue University which is located in the West Lafayette, Indiana which is one of the coldest states in America. (*second or third) Am doing Electrical & Electronics Engineering major, Theoretical Physics minor, Math minor. Hopefully will be able to get these done in 4 years. After that, will most probably do an MBA. Will not be staying in Purdue for 4 years. Currently am applying for transfer to either MIT, Cornell, Berkeley, Stanford for I am not satisfied with being rejected and waitlisted, only not to be able to get a place.
For those who do not know where Purdue is, it's in the middle of a state chokefull of corn that no matter where u turn, be it north, south, east or west, you will see corn and nothing else except corn. Heck, just to get to Wal-Mart, we need to a 20 minute bus ride through cornfields. zZz.
Here's the logo of Purdue which is so.... so.... bleh. Train's our mascot. The Boilermaker. Thus our nick, the Boilermakers.
My apologies if I have not been able to keep in touch that frequently with everybody. Have been really really really crazily busy. Am taking maximum credit hours = 18 and am active in 6 clubs. They are the Purdue Kendo club, Purdue International Student Alliance, Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers - Purdue Branch/Division, Purdue University Malaysian Student Association, Purdue Ballroom Dancing Club, Purdue's Gentlemen Club.
Lecturer's here are average or slightly above average. Though I do hate a few of the TA's (Teaching Assistants) here and wanna rip out their guts and entrails. Those insolent bast@$ds are bloody arrogant fools who look down on others. Bah. However, my English lecturer is the coolest teacher I have met.
Moving on, I attended several Halloween parties(*in which i dressed up), stayed in a cabin in the woods near Patoka lake, toured West Lafayette, watched Eagle Eye in the local cinema(*which cost 8.75 USD just for the ticket), watched Chicago(*the play), talked and shook hands with James Earl Jones and Robbie Williams =p, and others more which is too much to list.
Weather here is extremely cold. Temp's now around -2 to 21 degrees Celcius. Its fall and I've heard that once it hits winter, it should be -20 to -8 degrees Celcius average. & thats minus the wind chills. Been getting used to the weather, food especially(*god i miss my mamak, dim sum and nasi lemak), education system, people and lifestyle. For your information people, I finally put on 4 kg. Since I last weighed myself like at least 3 to 5 years ago. =)
Attends kendo practice twice a week, works out at the gym on the weekends. Play sports here and there. Soon, I will be buff and muscular. =P Its slowly coming there. Patience. XD Recently went to the shooting range. Spent 30 Dollars. 10 dollars for 100 pistol rounds, 50 assault rifle rounds. 20 for 1 sniper round. Fired Glock, Ruger, FN, SOCOM, M4 Carbine, AK-47, Barrett Sniper Rifle. =) (*Sniper round was a 50-cal. cost me a bomb)
Will not be going back during the winter. "Accidentally" forgot to book ticket when my dad told me too. =) Most probably will be going to New York, Chicago(*Purdue's 2 hours drive away), Vancouver to skii and Orlando Disneyland.
Will be back next year summer which is probably around June to July, for a month in Malaysia. Then whoever wants to join me on a backpacking trip in Europe is welcomed too for the next month or so. (*still in the planning stage) This is not 100% confirmed though as if I get a hold of an internship position(*which i doubt i do), then I will not be back at all. 2nd year to 4th year. Most probably won't come back to Malaysia at all during summer. Probably doing an internship or be involved in a research project.
A funny yet annoying note: Been mistaken for a Korean, China Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese, American-Born Chinese, Canadian Chinese, British-Born-Chinese over here. Had people come up to me saying Ahn-Yang-Ha-Sei-Yo(*Hello in Korean) or Ko-Ni-Chi-Wa(*Hello in Japanese). Some even start babbling away in Cantonese or Mandarin. Getting used to American spelling and pronounciation too. Can't is pronounced "Kent" here. So far, I've been told I've been pronouncing it as "cunt" which is not too good.... been getting a couple of stares here and there.
Recently pre-ordered Red Alert 3! My first original bought game XD! go Piracy! =p just kidding. Anyway, if anyone else wants to play RA3 online with me, email me the time when you wanna meet up and I will definitely try to make time to take the offer! =) Also, will be ordering a PS3 and 27-inch HDTV with a Super Power Chunted Keng Cool Mega Giga Omega Tera Peca pair of headphones. Budget is 1000 USD for all. Please give me your advice and recommendations on what HDTV and Headphones to get. Really appreciate it.

just got back from Outward Bound Sabah, 17 days
im wayyy darker now with rashes and covered with mosquito, leech and sandfly bites
had a sprained ankle and a sprained knee and lots of cuts and bruises
but i had THE BEST time ever
and junn is having a ball callin me nigger

This is Elisabetta, she was my Physics lecturer for a little more than a month. 20% of students skip her lectures, and those 20% are the smart ones. The dumber 80% that actually show up [including myself], we wake up early and show up on time for her 9-10am lecture and for what? Absolutely nothing. In all her lectures I can honestly say I didn't learn diddly squat, nothing at all.
Elisabetta Barberio:
- A witch that goes around rubbing her rod with cat fur [seriously]
- Speaks lousy english and has a terrible accent
- Repeats words to emphasize her point, eg: many many, wiggly wiggly, little little
- Capable of giving notes that are of no useful purpose
- A plump witch that stands between the student audience and blackboard (it's annoying)
- Dresses up in witch costume on halloween [Don't know if its true, my informed guess]
If she really did dress up as a witch on halloween, it'd be darn easy. She already has block old moth eaten dusty dresses, she has the rod, the cat fur. All she has to do is put on her witch hat and she's good to go.
Btw Alvin, your lecturer reminds me of a lizard...
