Speed test phail.

My internet connection has a maximum download speed of 1.6Mbps (200KB/s, Note: Kb is kilobit, KB is kilobyte, 1 byte = 8 bits). That is the highest achievable speed from my service provider, the best speed I've gotten so far is around 1.3Mbps (160KB/s) when torrenting. During normal use, speed averages to about 150Kbps (20KB/s) and is really unstable. The USB modem itself can handle speeds up to 7.2Mbps (900KB/s).
